TRANSPARENCY & STANDARDS

Rules & Regulations

Carefully reading the following rules ensures a stable and seamless trading experience.

1. Profit Targets

In Phase 1, traders must reach an 8% profit target, and 5% in Phase 2. There are no mandatory time limits to achieve the targets.

2. Drawdown Rules

The maximum total drawdown is 10% of the initial balance, and the daily drawdown limit is set at 5%. Compliance is mandatory.

3. News & Weekend Trading

Holding open positions over the weekend and trading during major economic news releases is fully permitted, subject to risk management.

4. Profit Payout Conditions

Once funded, traders can withdraw up to 80%-90% of their generated profits bi-weekly via crypto or Rial.

Minimum Trading Days Rule Description ) دسته‌بندی اولویت نمایش (عدد) وضعیت قانون انصراف افزودن قانون

To successfully complete the challenge, the trader must trade on a minimum of 4 separate trading days. A trading day is defined as a calendar day on which at least one valid trade is opened and closed. Simply keeping a position open from a previous day, without executing any new trading activity, will not count as a new trading day.

Time Limit

There is no time limit for completing the challenge. Traders can take as much time as they need to complete the challenge requirements without being subject to any deadline or time pressure.

Floating Risk

The maximum permitted floating risk on an account is 2% of the initial account balance. The combined floating loss of all open positions must not exceed 2% of the initial account balance at any time. This limit is monitored in real time and is based on the combined unrealized profit and loss of all open positions. If the account’s floating risk exceeds the 2% limit, this will be considered a risk management violation and may result in account termination and challenge failure, even if the positions are later closed in profit. Example: O n a $100,000 account, the maximum permitted floating risk is $2,000.

Scalping

Scalping is permitted on our accounts. However, ultra-short-term trading that is specifically designed to exploit execution delays, price discrepancies, pricing errors, broker latency, or other technical irregularities is strictly prohibited. Trades that are executed solely to take advantage of abnormal execution conditions or technical inefficiencies, rather than as part of a legitimate trading strategy, may be subject to review.

Hedging

Hedging is strictly prohibited. Traders are not permitted to hold simultaneous or opposing Buy and Sell positions on the same instrument for the purpose of neutralizing risk or circumventing account restrictions. Opening opposing positions directly or indirectly, whether within the same account or across multiple accounts, in order to bypass risk limits, Drawdown rules, or any other account restrictions is also prohibited. Any detected hedging activity may result in a **rule violation, account termination, and forfeiture of any associated pro

Copy Trading

Third

The use of third-party trading signals, trade recommendations, or third-party trading services for making and executing trades on the account is prohibited. Traders must make their trading decisions independently and remain fully responsible for all trading activity conducted on their account.

Payout Frequency

Traders may request a profit payout once every 14 calendar days. The 14-day period includes all days of the week, weekends, and public holidays. Only calendar days are counted; trading days are not used for calculating the payout interval. The 14-day period is calculated from the date of the successful completion of the previous payout. Once the 14-day period has elapsed, the trader may submit a new payout requ est, provided that all applicable payout and account requirements are satisfied. At the time of each payout request, the account must remain active and fully compliant with all trading, risk management, and other applicable rules.

Identity Verification (KYC)

All users are required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before receiving a Payout and whenever requested by the Company. For identity verification, a valid National ID Card and Birth Certificate (Shenasnameh) must be provided. The information submitted during registration must match the information shown on the identity documents. All documents must belong to the account owner and must be clear, valid, and suitable for verification. Using another person’s documents or providing false, fraudulent, or altered information is strictly prohibi ted. The Company may request additional documents or information when necessary to verify the user’s identity and account ownership. Failure to successfully complete the KYC process may result in the Payout being withheld or the account being restricted until verification is completed.

Leverage, Spread & Commission

Leverage, Spread, and Commission are selected by the trader based on their preferred broker. Traders may open a trading account with their preferred broker and provide the account details, including Leverage, Spread, and Commission, when registering or connecting their account on the Company’s website. The Company does not set these parameters as fixed conditions. Each trader’s trading conditions will depend on the broker and trading account selected by the trader. Traders are responsible for selecting a sui table broker and reviewing its trading conditions, including leverage, spreads, commissions, and other applicable trading costs.

Trading Before Account Approval

No trading activity is permitted until the account information has been reviewed and approved by PassFund. Trading before account approval constitutes a violation of PassFund’s rules and may result in the account being rejected or suspended

Gap Trading

Trading during market gaps is generally permitted. However, traders must not intentionally exploit price gaps, market reopenings, or abnormal liquidity conditions for the purpose of benefiting from pricing or execution irregularities. If a significant slippage, spread widening, or price discrepancy occurs due to a market gap, sharp market movement, or abnormal market conditions, all trades remain subject to the account’s applicable Drawdown and risk management rules. Any deliberate attempt to exploit price gaps, price feed errors, delayed price updates, or discrepancies between different price sources is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to review any suspicious activity involving market gaps and, where a violation is confirmed, take action in accordance with the applicable account breach rules.
